We want every subscriber to have a great experience with The SciManDan Book Club. Here’s how refunds and replacements work.
Subscription Payments
All subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.
Because we work with publishers, printers, and shipping partners in advance, payments that have already been collected cannot be refunded, even if you cancel later.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Subbly account.
A cancellation:

stops future payments, but

does not refund payments already made

does not cancel a box you've already paid for
You will still receive any boxes already paid for.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your box arrives:

damaged

incomplete
-
or missing items
Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or alternative solution where possible.
Returns
Because each box is curated and produced to order, we cannot accept returns unless required by law.
Digital Subscriptions
Digital subscription purchases are non-refundable.
Access unlocks immediately, so refunds cannot be offered once the subscription has begun.
