Terms of Service for The SciManDan Book Club

Welcome to The SciManDan Book Club. By subscribing to or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription & Billing
1.1 By subscribing, you agree to be billed automatically according to the plan you selected.
1.2 When joining before February 10th, you will be charged:

once at signup

once on February 10th
-
then on the 10th of each month thereafter
1.3 Postage fees are split evenly across each month for predictable billing.
1.4 Prices are listed in GBP and may change with notice.
1.5 Failed payments will retry automatically. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
2. Shipping
2.1 Boxes ship every two months during March, May, July, September, and November.
2.2 Shipping times vary by location.
2.3 International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
2.4 Tracking will be provided where available.
3. Cancellations
3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Subbly account.
3.2 If you cancel after payment has been taken for an upcoming box, you will still receive that box.
3.3 Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. They do not grant refunds for already-paid periods.
4. Refunds & Returns
4.1 Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.
4.2 If your box arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement where possible.
4.3 We do not accept returns of subscription boxes unless required by law.
5. Digital Plan
5.1 The digital plan does not include a digital copy of the book.
5.2 Digital materials may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without permission.
6. Discord & Community Access
6.1 Private Discord access unlocks after the February 10th payment.
6.2 We reserve the right to remove members from the Discord for harassment, spam, or behaviour that disrupts the community.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, commentary cards, videos, and images are the property of The SciManDan Book Club and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
8. Privacy
We only use your information to process orders, provide customer support, and manage your subscription.
